Cytiva, part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, is seeking a Senior Counsel to support their Bioprocess business in the Americas region. This role will report directly to the Associate General Counsel and be responsible for providing legal support to the Cell Culture Media Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

- Support Bioprocess teams in negotiating commercial sales, sourcing, and R&D contracts
- Partner with Cell Culture Media business unit to shape and execute business strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate legal risks
- Act as primary point of contact for legal issues at Americas-based manufacturing sites
- Advise on compliance, privacy, antitrust, and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with other parts of Cytiva and Danaher Legal & Compliance team as needed

Requirements:

- JD (or equivalent) with active bar membership
- 7+ years of business law experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex business transactions in a regulated environment
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and partner with senior business leaders
