The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and previous experience at a top-tier firm. The role focuses on project finance, with an emphasis on renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources, and infrastructure.

Duties:

• Provide legal support in global project, energy, and infrastructure finance matters.
• Specialize in renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including transaction agreements and financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence and research related to project finance transactions.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project finance.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Previous experience at a top-tier law firm preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the relevant State Bar.
