Job Description: As a Legal Counsel for the Corporate Performance and Environmental, Social, and Governance (CP & ESG) business unit at Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters, specifically related to the TeamMate products and services. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Legal Counsel, cross-functional teams, and outside counsel to structure, draft, negotiate, interpret, manage, and enforce all types of agreements. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on legal developments and educating business teams on contract forms and best practices. Additionally, you will support other legal teams within the company on matters affecting CP & ESG TeamMate.
