## Job Summary

Are you a partnership tax specialist with a passion for improving computational applications and proprietary solutions? Deloitte's Partnership Solutions Group (PSG) in the National Federal Tax Services (NFTS) team is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Operational Partnership Services (OPS) team. As a Senior Manager, you will be able to apply your expertise in . Federal Income Tax models and computations to assist large-scaled operating partnership tax clients on matters that are important to them. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of industries including private equity, healthcare, tech, financial products, oil & gas, green energy, real estate, consumer products and more. In this role, you will have the chance to lead engagement teams, mentor and develop engagement staff, and participate in marketplace activities.

## Qualifications

* Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week
* 8+ years of experience in federal partnership tax
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other business-related field required
* Numerical-problem-solving focus
* Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Proven management experience indicating strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage budgets and workplans
* Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
* . federal income tax partnership experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
* Self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple, competing priorities
* Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
* One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:
* Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
* If not CPA eligible:
* Licensed attorney
* Enrolled Agent
* Certifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)

## Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree such as master’s in science of tax (MST), JD, or LLM
* Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM
* Aptitude in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
* Transaction and M&A experience

## Salary Range

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $152,530 to $347,230.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
