The International Tax Manager will be responsible for providing international tax services to clients and developing the international tax practice. This role offers a salary range of $110,000 - $165,000 and is open to remote, hybrid, or in-office work options. What You'll Do as an International Tax Manager

- Provide international tax services to clients, including in-bound and out-bound transactions, cross-border corporate taxation, export tax incentives, and transfer pricing
- Conduct research on international tax issues to maintain and expand knowledge base
- Build awareness of international tax issues and opportunities for additional services to existing clients
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for value-added services
- Develop and train staff on the international tax team
- Participate in community organizations and industry functions

Qualifications for the International Tax Manager Role

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree, JD, or LLM in Taxation preferred
- 5+ years of tax experience with 2+ years focused on international tax
- Valid CPA license, Enrolled Agent (EA) license, or JD/LLM required
- Strong federal tax background and experience with closely-held businesses
- Extensive knowledge of and experience solving international tax issues and opportunities
- Excellent communication, public speaking, research, and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software packages
