Associate Trial Attorney - Oregon: Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree, Law school degree, and member in good standing of the State Bar in the state of the position
- Experience Requirements: At least one year as an Attorney or comparable outside experience, capable of handling cases of moderate exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision
- Special Skill Requirement: Public speaking, ability to function in adversarial or confrontational situations, driving

Job Summary

- Responsible for representing clients in assigned cases with moderate complexity and/or exposure, including preparation of legal documents, attendance at hearings and trials, and other necessary tasks for proper representation
- May supervise other attorneys and consult with Claims Department on insurance policy questions and legal aspects of personal injury claims
- Keep supervisor informed of work and any problems encountered
- Update computerized litigation support systems for assigned caseloads
- Perform other assigned functions

Salary Information

- Salary range: $87,040 - $155,125 (WA only)
- Bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance
