The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the State Bar of California, and have experience or a strong interest in securities litigation.

Job Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation matters
• Assist in securities-related cases and matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and management
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 1-3 years of experience or a strong interest in complex civil litigation and securities-related matters
• Experience or a strong interest in securities litigation

Education and Certifications:
