The Opportunity
- We are looking for a creative and hardworking senior tech transactions/product attorney to support our content focused products.
- You will be responsible for strategic counseling and negotiation of in-licensing deals for our Digital Media business.
- Your role will involve supporting the legal aspects of our AI/ML work and partnering with different teams within the Digital Media legal department.

What You'll Do
- Be an expert on content acquisition, moderation, and use across Digital Media.
- Lead the negotiation of content acquisition deals and draft related agreements.
- Create and update legal templates, playbooks, and policies.
- Support the implementation of content focused products.
- Provide legal support for our AI/ML work.
- Collaborate with the legal team to solve complex content issues.
- Stay updated on industry and legal developments related to content and AI/ML.
- Build positive relationships and advise management on legal matters.
- Develop efficient processes for content acquisition and moderation.

What You Need to Succeed
- . from an accredited law school and necessary bar membership.
- At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on tech transactions.
- Strong experience with IP and content licensing, especially in the areas of entertainment, music, and AI/ML.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law, data privacy, and AI/ML regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different levels of the organization.
- A deep understanding of the Digital Media business.
- Flexibility to work with colleagues in different time zones.
- A sense of humor and a desire to be a great colleague.

Salary Information
- The salary range for this position is $136,500 - $261,000 annually.
- Pay varies based on location and job-related factors.
- Sales roles have a total target compensation (base + commission), while non-sales roles have a base salary and short-term incentives.
- Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives.
