Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled Generalist/Labor And Employment Associate Attorney to join their team in Corona, CA. Duties:

  • Work in multiple practice areas, including Labor & Employment, Governance, Students & Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation.
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings related to Labor & Employment matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and opinions.
  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients on various employment-related issues.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • Prior experience in Labor & Employment practice areas, including administrative hearings, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the State Bar of California.
