Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on consumer financial services, data, and technology matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management issues.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
  • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in federal and state court proceedings.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
