Overview:
PwC is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Internal Tax team as a PTPA Manager. This role involves providing tax compliance and planning guidance to the owners of PwC, including partners and principals, across the United States. As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
As a PTPA Manager at PwC, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC partners and principals
- Utilizing firm-issued technologies to manage and perform individual tax compliance and reviews
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships at the executive level
- Leading and collaborating with team members virtually
- Coaching and providing feedback to staff
- Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials
- Researching complex individual tax issues
- Demonstrating knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong technical skills and experience with reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for executives
- Experience working with large, complex data sets and utilizing data visualization tools
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Ability to work within various tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level
