Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clients with well-informed legal advice.
• Draft a wide range of legal documents, including opinion letters, corporate guidance, advice, motions, pleadings, discovery, and more.
• Make court appearances to represent clients in legal proceedings and hearings.
• Attend client meetings to discuss legal strategies, provide updates, and address client concerns.
• Participate in evening HOA board meetings as requested by the client, offering legal guidance and support.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to contribute to successful case outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of legal experience as an attorney.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Relevant legal certifications (if applicable).
• Strong educational background in law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.

Education:
