Responsibilities for this position include providing counsel on civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters; representing KPMG and its professionals in legal proceedings; developing and implementing strategies to defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations; and supervising outside counsel. The role will report to the Vice Chair for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance/General Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation. Qualifications for this position include at least 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department, a JD or LLM from an accredited law school, and a license to practice law in the US.
