  • Strategize, plan, and execute legal cases.

  • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare witnesses for testimony.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney preferred.
  • Active membership in good standing with Kansas and Missouri state bar associations.
  • Additional state bar admissions (such as Illinois, California, etc.) are beneficial.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
