The candidate should have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Must have experience in health care transactional matters, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, and joint venture transactions, and private equity deals. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure and corporate governance is preferred.
