A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience to handle various aspects of family law cases. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in dissolution filings, preparing legal documents, conducting depositions, and representing clients in hearings.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of family law cases, including dissolution filings and responses.
• Prepare preliminary and final disclosures for clients.
• Draft written discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct depositions of parties and witnesses.
• File Requests for Orders with the court.
• Represent clients at temporary hearings and long cause hearings.
• Designate and work with expert witnesses as needed.
• Prepare and argue motions in court.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• 2+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in the California Bar.

Skills:
