  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
  • High academic achievement with a degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering.
  • Acceptable alternative: Other engineering disciplines and substantial patent experience in medical devices and/or mechanical products.
  • Admission to the USPTO.
  • JD required
