A law firm in North Hollywood is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience and membership in the California Bar. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in drafting complex pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, and handling discovery in high-stakes actions.

Duties:

• Draft complex pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests, conducting depositions, and managing document review.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness in all work.
• Act as a strategic thinker, anticipating and addressing potential legal issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the California State Bar.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Proficiency in drafting complex pleadings.
