Duties:

  • Handle cases and investigations related to Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve client objectives.
