The candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in insurance-related matters, focusing on D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPLI, and other commercial insurance lines. Utilize expertise in insurance coverage specialization to advise clients on claims, policies, and regulatory issues.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance laws, regulations, and precedent.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and opinions, pertaining to insurance matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and legal solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients on risk management and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
• 3-6 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on insurance law.
• Specialization in insurance coverage, with exposure to D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPLI, and other commercial insurance lines.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing the insurance industry.
