As a Tax Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with middle-market clients, develop your leadership skills, and make a positive impact on our firm and our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary engagement manager, responsible for billing, realization, and collections. - Utilize technology and other resources to maximize technical application to projects. - Collaborate with client management to understand the broader impact of current decisions and potential solutions. - Develop and train team members in engagement management and technical expertise. - Create and implement a business development plan to expand our client base. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably in a public accounting firm. - CPA or Bar License required. - Strong supervisory and training experience. - Subject matter expertise in corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate taxation. - Proven success in developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits While the compensation range for this position is $131,000 - $260,000, actual pay may vary based on factors such as internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location.
