Duties:

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases related to personal injury matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client representation.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant parties to negotiate settlements or prepare for trial.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to personal injury law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia and in good standing.
• 2-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
