Job Title: State and Local (SALT) Manager
Experience: 6+ years of tax experience
Department: National State and Local Tax Practice
Location: 22 . and International offices
Type: Full Time Regular

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service in the National State and Local Tax Practice
- Conduct tax research and analysis on a variety of SALT matters, including nexus, apportionment, sales tax, credits and incentives, SALT planning and implementation, and M&A due diligence
- Collaborate with clients and internal personnel to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Grow strong team relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice
- Stay organized and continuously learn and apply new concepts

Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, LLM, or Master's in Taxation
- CPA and/or JD preferred
- At least 4 years of exclusive SALT experience in a public accounting or law firm
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-state tax concepts
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
