- Law interns for the Executive Office for . Trustees (EOUST) and field offices
- EOUST interns must work in-person at Washington, DC office
- Directly assist Director and Deputy Director for Field Operations
- Conduct legal research, provide data analysis, and conduct fact-finding on bankruptcy-related issues
- Assist in preparation for representing USTP in various capacities
- Field office interns assist attorneys in preparing for bankruptcy court appearances and other tasks related to bankruptcy law
- Opportunities may be available for academic credit
- Minimum hours and number of weeks set by respective offices

Qualifications:
- Second- and third-year law students
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to work as part of a small team
- Committed to fairness and integrity in the administration of the bankruptcy system
- Background and interest in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation
