Duties

• Handle workers' compensation defense cases
• Attend appearances in Southern California
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties
• Independently manage an active caseload from inception to resolution

• Conduct legal research and analysis

Requirements

• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Workers' compensation experience
• Broad-based experience in defense work
• Effective communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing an active caseload

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
