Job Overview:

The Finance Banking Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in various finance and banking matters.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on finance and banking laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review finance-related documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of finance transactions on behalf of clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
