Winston Salem office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations. The candidate will treat all customers with fairness and respect while creating fair payment solutions that fit their financial situation. Will demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks. Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases. Willing to travel to various courts within the state of Georgia, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceedings and to attend court hearings. Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results. Must have an active license to practice law in GA. A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (NC, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) is a plus. In-depth knowledge of Federal Debt Collection Law and State civil litigation laws is required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
