The Amazon Delivery Privacy team is looking for a Sr. Privacy Industry Specialist to join our growing team. This role will have a global impact and will be responsible for managing privacy for the Amazon Delivery, Last Mile organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in privacy or compliance, with a strong understanding of privacy regulatory developments and standards. This position is open to candidates in Bellevue, WA and Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple privacy projects with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Conduct operational deep dives to identify and implement privacy measures
- Review launched and launching applications for privacy compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure privacy is considered in all projects and decisions
- Stay up-to-date on privacy regulations and standards
- Gather and report privacy metrics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- CIPP certification(s) a plus
- 8+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Team player with the ability to pivot as privacy landscape shifts

Compensation:
- Base pay ranges from $95,500/year to $229,700/year, based on market location and job-related factors
