The ideal candidate will be adept at handling regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions, including matters involving ERCOT or other ISO/RTOs or organized power markets.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
  • Maintain an active Bar license in the state.
  • Provide legal expertise in energy regulatory matters.

Requirements:
