Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on local and overseas tax matters and act as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing.
- Help organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide guidance on tax implications of deals.
- Assist Financial Services clients with tax structuring and address challenges in a constantly changing tax environment.
- Develop new skills and resolve issues to ensure effective teamwork.
- Coach and recognize the strengths of team members, encouraging personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and develop a global outlook on industry trends.
- Manage different viewpoints to reach consensus and achieve positive outcomes.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- CPA or Bar certification preferred
- Thorough knowledge of tax issues affecting the insurance industry
- Technical skills in FAS 109, FIN 48, tax provision preparation, and corporate and partnership tax compliance
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships and managing resources and budgets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and alternative fee arrangements
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
