  • Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred for this position.

 

Duties:

  • Manage assigned legal matters efficiently using the firm's case management and reporting software.
  • Attend court appearances and handle related travel arrangements.
  • Apply expertise in consumer credit collections and relevant state laws to provide effective legal representation.
  • Ensure compliance with the FDCPA and other applicable regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Member in good standing of the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit collections, state laws, and the FDCPA.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, or Washington State Bar.
