Job Overview: A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of litigation experience, particularly in defending federal and state wage and hour cases, handling investigations before various labor agencies, and appearing before the National Labor Relations Board.

Duties:

• Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
• Handle investigations before the . Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.
• Represent clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.
• Manage employment litigation cases in federal and state court.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases.
• Proficiency in handling investigations before various labor agencies.
• Familiarity with appearing before the National Labor Relations Board.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in California.
