Job Overview:

The Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will collaborate with the office's team of litigators and provide mentorship to younger associates. They will have opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.

Duties:

• Work closely with the established team of litigators and robust client base.
• Mentor and guide younger associates in employment litigation matters, under the direction of the supervising partner.
• Manage cases independently, with input from the supervising partner.
• Handle employment litigation cases, including taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California Bar.
• 4-10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience in employment litigation and preference for labor and employment experience.
• Experience managing cases independently.
• Experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
