Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with preservation, filtering, and export capabilities of corporate messaging and collaboration solutions (., Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).
  • Strong expertise in eDiscovery tools, with a preference for experience in Relativity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Relevant eDiscovery certifications are a plus.
