Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced real estate and business litigation attorney to join its Lake Oswego, OR team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving real estate and business litigation matters, requiring expertise in Oregon state and federal court practices and procedures.

Duties:

• Represent clients in state and federal courts' real estate and business litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on real estate and business litigation issues.
• Manage caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Oregon State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on real estate and business litigation.
• Strong command of Oregon state and federal court practices and procedures.
• Well-developed written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Certifications:
