The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting tailored estate plans, drafting corporate formation documents, providing outstanding customer service, and staying updated on developments in estate planning laws and regulations. Communicate with clients, staff, and attorneys. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and eCourts filing system. Manage calendars and scheduling. Craft tailored estate plans and draft corporate formation documents. Provide outstanding customer service and handle confidential information. Stay updated on developments in estate planning laws and regulations.

 

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients, staff, and attorneys
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and eCourts filing system
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Craft tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Draft operating agreements, by-laws, resolutions, and other corporate formation documents
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure excellent service to clients
  • Participate in networking events
  • Stay updated on developments in estate planning laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, estate administration, and corporate formation
  • Licensure in North Carolina (SC licensure is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Licensure in North Carolina (SC licensure is a plus)

 

Skills:
