Duties:

• Handle class action employment cases focusing on wage and hour, PAGA, and FLSA claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing motions and participating in hearings.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments.

Requirements:

• Mid-level associate with several years of experience in wage and hour, class, and collective actions.
• Strong background in class action employment matters.
• Demonstrated experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Proven ability to argue cases in court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
