The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong motivation, able to work independently and collaboratively. They must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar, with solid academic credentials and a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience. Knowledge of lemon law, particularly the CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, is required. Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases related to warranty disputes, particularly under the CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate good judgment and strong critical thinking skills in case analysis and strategy development.
• Take ownership and control of projects, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
• Maintain excellent client relations through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlements, and trials.

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Knowledge of lemon law, particularly the CA Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
