We are currently seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, virtual position.

As a part of our Corporate Real Estate organization, you will be responsible for planning and executing real estate projects for our worldwide portfolio. This includes negotiating contracts for commercial and industrial leasing, as well as property acquisitions and dispositions. You will work closely with legal counsel, facilities, and brokers to ensure favorable financial and contract outcomes while meeting business requirements. As a leader, you will actively engage in continuous process improvement efforts to make our corporate real estate function world-class.

Basic qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation. A Master's degree in a related field with at least 13 years of experience will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications include a background in real estate financial analysis, formal negotiation training, and experience with IBM Tririga real estate database. An MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience is also desired.

Salary for this position ranges from $123,900 to $185,900. However, the final offer will depend on various factors such as the scope of the position, responsibilities, and the candidate's experience and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and other benefits such as health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
