Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Interact directly with highly sophisticated clients to address their legal needs.
• Demonstrate strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.

Requirements:

• Lateral associate with 3+ years of prior litigation experience in any practice area.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work with highly sophisticated clients.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
