Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support patent litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in intellectual property.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property litigation.
• Technical degree preferred, with a background in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong aptitude for working on cases within the specified technical areas.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a proven record of success in patent litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Admission to practice law and good standing with the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields preferred.
