Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • 3-6 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably with a focus on construction litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with various litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certification in Construction Law (., Certification by the American Bar Association) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
  • Familiarity with electronic discovery software and tools.
  • Experience with case management software.
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required.
