Job Details:

• Write and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Travel as necessary for court appearances and client meetings.
• Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to case management.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and external counsel.
• Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and provide sound legal advice.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.
