The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on letter and pleading review, draft pleadings for various phases of litigation, manage motion practice, and conduct thorough legal research. The successful candidate must have exceptional time management skills, strong communication abilities, and be in good standing to practice law in the State of New Mexico.

Job Details:

• Review letters and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Draft pleadings and related correspondence for all phases of litigation
• Manage motion practice and attend court when required throughout the litigation process
• Conduct in-depth legal research to formulate compelling legal arguments and provide valuable insights to Firm clients
• Accurately document account and file activity in accordance with Firm and client guidelines
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with Firm clients, opposing counsel, opposing parties, and court officials
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the Firm

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing and qualified to practice law in the State of New Mexico
• Exceptional time management skills to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills in client interactions
