Duties:

  • Attend depositions, witness interviews, and other case-related meetings as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
