A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for their Sacramento, CA office. The Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to develop or further their legal expertise in workers' compensation law. Responsibilities include handling cases (depending on experience), managing a caseload (depending on experience), appearing at hearings, depositions, and trials, conducting research, writing legal documents, and networking. A California State Bar license is required.

Duties:

• Handle cases in the area of workers' compensation
• Manage a caseload, depending on experience
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Network within the legal community

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• California State Bar license
• 2-5 years of legal experience
