Job Overview:

The Corporate Associate Attorney will be able to work in the areas of their interest, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth, commercial transactions, and/or corporate governance work. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 3-8 years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:
