Salary:
- The disclosed range estimate for this role is $63,420 to $126,620, and may vary depending on factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Position Summary:
- Seeking a strategic and creative federal tax professional with experience in solving complex federal tax issues for large global and dynamic midsize clients across various industries. This role involves providing federal tax compliance and consulting services, and requires knowledge in areas such as accounting for income taxes, tax advisory, and tax controversy.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and coordinating federal tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
- Assisting with tax planning and compliance data gathering for clients
- Reviewing income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
- Researching federal tax legislation and its impact on compliance and consulting
- Assisting with various tax consulting projects, including research and writing related to federal tax planning, restructuring, controversy, and accounting for income taxes
- Managing engagement workflow and supervising tax consultants and interns
- Co-locating in person 2-3 days per week as part of a hybrid work model
- May require up to 25% travel, depending on client and industry served

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA eligibility, or other accepted certifications
- Ability to travel up to 25% depending on client and industry served
- Advanced degree and previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
