- The Office of General Counsel is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join their Litigation group.
- The role will involve providing legal support and counsel for civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations.
- The Associate General Counsel will represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation and provide legal advice to the firm and its leaders.
- The role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to defend litigation claims and regulatory investigations.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in well-regarded law firms or in-house legal departments.
- They must have a JD or LLM from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the US.
- Experience in the Division of Enforcement of the SEC or PCAOB is a plus, but not required.
- The candidate must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple litigations and projects simultaneously.
- They must also demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
