- Regular, full-time position in Sacramento, CA with potential to work in Stockton, CA
- Champion authenticity and work towards a mission of empowering others
- Build relationships with clients and participate in networking and business development activities
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Staff
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required, Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a public accounting firm
- CPA or licensed attorney preferred, or must be able to meet educational requirements for obtaining license
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Ability to travel to client locations and manage multiple engagements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive compensation range of $76,000 - $125,000 (base salary + bonus) depending on experience and qualifications
- Annual discretionary bonus potential
